Very comfortable bed, helpful staff, convenient location, easy access to train for Zurich, clean and spacious room.

Nothing could have been better.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. the location is excellent as it is right on the lake front and very close to the train station. The convenience of having both the beautiful lake and easy access to public transportation is a major plus. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms with a view of the hilltop were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a picturesque sight was truly delightful. And let's not forget the breakfast, which included a bigger cup of delicious coffee to start the day on a high note.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the hotel's great location close to the train station, which was very convenient during my travels. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. The breakfast and lunch options were vast and tasty; I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked goods and the hot coffee.

I was disappointed to find that the room's bathroom seemed outdated, with a boxy feel, including a high rubber or linoleum floor. The noise from the fan was rather loud, and the plastic shower doors gave the room a less than luxurious feel.

This hotel provided a cozy and homey feeling during my Christmas stay. the rooms were clean and spacious, and I appreciated the soundproof feature even though it was located near public transportation. the complimentary Wi-Fi was also a plus.

there was no elevator, which was a bit of a hassle since I had a lot of luggage with me.
